We ship our products from our warehouse from Latvia, Riga.
Yes, we do ship to foreign countries. If you can not find your country in our list, please fill free to contact us by sales@yappy.lv, mentioning what you would like to order and precise delivery address. We will request delivery expences and will contact you.
We ship out most orders in 1-2 business days. Shipping itself takes from 3 days to 2 weeks, depending on the recipients location. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Yes. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.
Orders to the EU will not have any customs tax. However, for certain countries ( f.ex., USA, UK and Switzerland), taxes (customs, VAT, or others) may apply upon delivery or after it.
Please note that we cannot control or impact on these fees in any way. As a result, we are not responsible for any customs, fees, taxes, or duties imposed during the delivery process to these countries. If such charges are incurred, they will be the responsibility of the recipient.
If your order arrives damaged, do not worry. Please contact us within 72 hours after the delivery with photos of the damaged box and item, and we will take care of it. It is important to provide the photos of damages otherwise the insurance will not be able to cover it. If needed, we will send you a replacement to make things right.
Product.
All our furniture is manufactured exclusively in European factories.
We are using high quality wood: pine, birch, beech.
Water based paints and varnishes, the same that are used for the toys. EN 71-3, or natural wax.
Each piece of furniture is followed by the assembling instruction, according to which you step by step can easily assemble it.
According to EU legislation – 2 years.
If you need to make a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team. They will guide you through the process.
Although the manufacturer is not required to have a certification, they must produce according to established standards. We test our furniture and adhere to strict European Union standards to ensure quality and safety. EN 716-1:2017+A1:2019

Spare parts and Returns.
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
To proceed with a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Additionally, please do not return the item without prior confirmation from us.
